Born in the culturally vibrant city of Vadodara, Gujarat, Dr. Zaheer Khan developed an early interest in analytical thinking, social systems, and nation building. He pursued his Master’s and M.Phil in Operations Research from the prestigious Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), where he specialized in systems analysis, mathematical modeling, and problem-solving.
His academic journey later evolved into advanced social research and population studies, laying the foundation for a lifelong commitment toward evidence-based public understanding and policy-oriented research.
